Great dress! Do you add 1.5 times the fabric for each tier like the patchwork dress? I've been wanting to make my daughter some twirl dresses...and perhaps myself ;)

This dress is SOOOO cute! I'll have to make it after I make the patchwork skirt, which is "almost" started if you count the fact that I have acquired a bunch of squares. ;-)
